This beautiful 15th century house is the original dwelling in the Goursac 'Domaine' and commands breathtaking views across the rolling hills. It is available with the chateau in high season, or on its own in Spring and Autumn.
La Maison du Ceou sleeps 4 people and is spacious and full of light. We renovated it in 2019 with a lovely new kitchen and bathroom.
We love this house; it. is full of character and history breathes from its walls. It is the perfect base for a relaxing family holiday or a few days exploring the Perigord Noir with friends

1 large double bedroom with kingsize bed and 1 twin bedroom. There is room for a cotbed in the master bedroom or in the alcove just outside

A vast living / dining room with two comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and an antique oak dining table seating 8
Pool
The pool is tucked away a short walk from the house, very secure, and has beautiful views across the valley
Tennis
Our tennis court is next to the 18th century dovecote. It has an all-weather surface, and we provide balls and racquets
The Grounds
60 acres of grounds for you to enjoy including a childrens play area, a maze, and woodland paths.
Housekeeping

We provide all bedding and towels. We can also offer chef services and babysitting if you book in advance
